Gratitude

It has been a very trying month without India. We miss her terribly. But this post isn’t about her. It’s about you.

The community has been incredibly supportive during this difficult time. People have been very kind to us, and have sent messages of encouragement. I have had a couple of calls about cats who have not been India, but I’m still glad to receive those calls. They mean that someone has heard of her and knows she is missing. It means that someone cares about us and wants to bring her home. And that is a very great gift.

Thank you so much for your kindness and continued watchfulness. Please keep us in your thoughts and keep looking. I know it’s entirely possible that she was killed by a coyote or some other predator. But I’m not ready to give up yet. Thank you for continuing to encourage us.
